About Us

Luckie Matias comes with over 15 years of hospitality and finance experience. In her years working in the industry, she has gained a solid background in both GAAP and managerial accounting; specializing in building strong financial infrastructures, improving processes and procedures, POS/PMS/Accounting system implementation, internal controls and providing sound financial analysis. Over the years, she has opened and transitioned multiple hotels, restaurants, and retail spaces. 

Trusted with managing multi-million dollar budgets, her passion for analyzing operations and identifying cost saving opportunities has been the key factor to each establishment’s financial success. Luckie most recently served as CFO for the Mandolina Group, playing a key role in the company's expansion. Prior to her role as CFO, Luckie worked for Soho House & Co. She started as the Financial Controller for the Miami region and was soon promoted to the role of North America Financial Project Manager. In her role as Financial Project Manager, Luckie's key responsibilities included overseeing the financial training across North America, system sourcing and implementation, and working with the US and UK Head Offices to create and implement  globally standardized Financial Operating Procedures.
